Meditation & Strengths-Spotting Activity

STEP 1: Find a comfortable, quiet place to sit. Settle in and take a few, deep restorative breaths.

STEP 2: Play the following meditation and as you listen, think about who jumps out to you as embodying one or more of these character strengths. Is there someone you could share your strength observations with? If so, take a moment to spot and appreciate one or more strengths you see in them.
